FAQ

Will formatting be preserved?

Most of it — bold, italic, headings, lists, tables, images. Complex layouts (text boxes, column breaks) may reflow. For exact fidelity, use Word's built-in Save as PDF.

Are fonts embedded?

Common fonts (Arial, Times, Calibri) are fine. Custom fonts may fall back to default. For guaranteed fonts, convert in Word first.

Do comments and track changes show?

Revisions are flattened; comments are excluded by default. Toggle 'include comments' for review-style PDFs.

What about password-protected DOCX?

Unlock first — the tool can't handle encrypted archives. Remove the password in Word, then convert.
